Booking Policy 1. Appointment Booking •appointments are to be booked via our official website or through the booking link in our Instagram bio. All enquiries are answered via Instagram or WhatsApp dm • A non-refundable deposit of 100 AED is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance. Balance is to be paid in cash 💰 💷💶, Payment via the link requires additional 5% of balance. Appointment Timing • Please be ready in advance before the mua arrival. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after this, a late fee of 35 aed for every 15 mins extra will apply. 4. Rescheduling • Reschedules are allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment. Any changes after this period will require a new deposit. 6. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits for cancellations made after this period will not be refunded. 8. Hygiene and Skin Preparation • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment. 9. Locations outside dubai •please contact us for travel fee for locations outside Dubai 10. Complaints • If you’re dissatisfied with the glam service, please inform us so we can address it immediately.
